The warranty becomes active upon the purchase date and covers the repair or replacement of defective parts, free of charge, under regular household usage conditions. This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser named in the warranty registration and is valid for products purchased at retail, for use exclusively by the purchaser within the country of purchase.
The warranty does not cover failures or operational issues resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, alterations, misapplications, vandalism, improper installations, improper maintenance or servicing, or neglecting routine maintenance tasks outlined in the owner’s manual. This includes damage caused by insects within the burner tubes. Additionally, damages resulting from severe weather conditions like hail, hurricanes, earthquakes, or tornadoes, as well as discoloration caused by direct exposure to chemicals or atmospheric conditions, are not included in the warranty coverage.
