  • In the event of any reported defects within the warranty period, Kraus or its authorized dealer will either repair or replace the product with one of equal value, as determined by Kraus.

  • Kraus strongly recommends that all Kraus products be installed by fully licensed and insured trade professionals with experience in the installation of bathroom and/or kitchen fixtures.

  • Kindly be aware that certain states/provinces (including Quebec) may not permit the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages. Therefore, the limitations and exclusions outlined below may not be applicable to you.

What is covered under the Kraus USA Warranty?

Kraus USA Plumbing, LLC (“Kraus”) provides this warranty exclusively to the original purchaser for personal household use of the accessories, purchased from an authorized Kraus dealer and installed in the original location. This warranty is not transferable. Kraus guarantees the structure and finish of the accessories to be defect-free in material and workmanship under normal usage for a particular period from the purchase date.

What is NOT covered under the Kraus USA Warranty?

The warranty excludes products that were discontinued at the time of purchase or display products, regardless of whether they were bought from discount outlets, unauthorized dealers, or clearance sales. Additionally, it does not cover any complimentary gifts provided with the purchase. Furthermore, this warranty does not extend to damage resulting from neglect, misuse (including unintended applications), abuse, carelessness, accidents, hard water or mineral deposits, exposure to corrosive substances, improper maintenance, alteration of the product, or failure to adhere to care, cleaning, or installation instructions enclosed with the product.
