Kraus USA Plumbing, LLC (“Kraus”) provides this warranty exclusively to the original purchaser for personal household use of the accessories, purchased from an authorized Kraus dealer and installed in the original location. This warranty is not transferable. Kraus guarantees the structure and finish of the accessories to be defect-free in material and workmanship under normal usage for a particular period from the purchase date.
The warranty excludes products that were discontinued at the time of purchase or display products, regardless of whether they were bought from discount outlets, unauthorized dealers, or clearance sales. Additionally, it does not cover any complimentary gifts provided with the purchase.
