What is covered under the Panasonic Warranty?

Panasonic doesn’t force you to register your product for the purpose of warranty. You can always claim your defective product with all proofs of purchase in hand like a copy of your sales receipt from an authorized Panasonic Dealer unless you are the original purchaser and the product is within the defined warranty period. All forms of defects in material and craftsmanship are included in the warranty. They will repair or replace the defective one with new or refurbished parts at no cost. The warrantor can always audit the claim and nullify it in case it cannot be substantiated.
If your camera records blurry images or displays error messages, if the flash isn't functioning well, or if your TV has no power, a standby light but no picture, blurry or pixelated visuals, no sound, distorted sound, remote issues, slow performance, or no signal from inputs, or if your home theater has no sound or distorted sound, Panasonic will repair or replace the device if troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue.

What is NOT covered under the Panasonic Warranty?

Panasonic’s planned warranty plan will never cover ineligible claims in any case. It includes the damages that occur due to shipping or failure caused by products not supplied by the warrantor; Improper care and maintenance, improper usage, power line surge, improper voltage supply, lighting damage and services from unauthorized sources. Having your serial numbers defaced, altered or removed will void the warranty. The warrantor is always not responsible for the loss of data in all forms in the process and is also not answerable for any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or installing and removing Panasonic products. They are also not liable for incidental and consequential damages of the product.
