3 Simple Steps for Amana Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Complete the registration form with the following information: Your name, contact details, product model number, serial number, purchase date and other required information. Submit your registration form.

  • Register to receive essential appliance and safety updates, and purchase additional protection with no service fees, as well as accidental damage coverage.

  • Amana provides three tiers of protection for its appliances: Basic Protection, Enhanced Protection, and Platinum Protection. Basic Protection covers material and workmanship defects for a period of one year; Enhanced Protection covers defects for two years; and Platinum Protection covers defects for three years; all with a single one-time repair fee.

Step 2:

  • Once your warranty has been registered, you will be eligible to claim your warranty.

  • Keep your original receipt or invoice as you may be asked to do so during your warranty claim initiation process.

  • If you have a product issue that is covered by your warranty, get in touch with Amana’s customer service and provide them with all the information you need, including your product model number and serial number, as well as proof of purchase.

Step 3:

  • Describe the issue you’re having with your product. Once you’ve identified the issue, follow the instructions given by your Amana customer support representative. They may ask for more information or try to resolve the problem.

  • You’ll also need to provide any required documentation or proof to back up your warranty request. If needed, a service technician will inspect and repair your product. Follow the technician’s instructions on how to schedule an appointment or send your product for repair.

What is covered under the Amana Warranty?

Manufacturers usually cover manufacturing defects and issues with their products for a certain amount of time. The warranty shall not cover: (a) delivery charges (b) transportation and transportation expenses incurred for services rendered in remote locations.
