Manufacturers usually cover manufacturing defects and issues with their products for a certain amount of time. This could be something that's wrong with the materials or with the craftsmanship of the product that causes it to malfunction or not work properly. Depending on the situation, the warranty would cover fixing or replacing faulty parts or the whole device. If your dishwasher is leaking through the front door, making loud noises due to stripped agitator teeth, or has issues like buttons not working, flashing lights, or leaking, or if your refrigerator is not cooling, or the washing machine is vibrating, shaking, making loud noises, or not spinning, you can resolve these problems by submitting a warranty claim to the Amana service team on behalf of customers.
Amana brand warranties shall not provide coverage for the following: misuse, abuse or neglect; installation, operation or maintenance; accidents; power surges; lightning strikes; consumables; repairs or modifications; and commercial settings. The warranty shall not cover: (a) delivery charges (b) transportation and transportation expenses incurred for services rendered in remote locations.
