Get started with your Belkin product registration.
Select the Register a Product option and enter the product's name and model number.
If the search results for the product appear, click on them. Subsequently, enter the necessary information, including your purchase details, Purchase Date, Primary Phone Number, Place of Purchase and click the Register Product option.
After registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration. View a list of registered products on the account page.
Click this warranty replacement request and this form will enable you to submit a claim for a refund or exchange for a new Belkin product.
Submit the form by entering a valid reason and uploading a picture of the product, followed by your complete information.
Belkin offers a connected equipment warranty for repairs or replacements of connected equipment damaged due to surges or spikes resulting from proper connection of a Belkin product with a CEW. This warranty applies to Surge Protection, Chargers, and Power Banks, but does not apply to Phone Screen Protectors, which do not possess a CEW and thus cannot be replaced.
