What is covered under the Grohe Warranty?

Under the Grohe Warranty, manufacturing defects in material and workmanship are covered for a specific period of time. The warranty covers the replacement or repair of defective parts.   • Chinaware toilet comes with a lifetime limited warranty, limited to 5 years warranty.

  • GROHE requires that all wall carriers installed in commercial applications are free of manufacturing defects for 10 years from the acquisition date by the original owner.

  • All mechanical parts are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

What is NOT covered under the Grohe Warranty?

The validity of this warranty extends solely to the original consumer owner of the product. However, it does not encompass expenses related to installation, labor, or any associated costs. Furthermore, it does not apply to any product or components thereof that have been repaired by individuals lacking the necessary qualifications, altered in any way, subjected to misuse, mismanagement, accidents, defective installation or maintenance, used in violation of GROHE's printed instructions, or harmed by Dirt, Limescale, or Aggressive Cleaners. It's important to note that this warranty excludes GROHE and does not incorporate any other indications of merchantability that GROHE may provide. Additionally, does not cover components such as filters, coolers, heater parts, accessories, and applications in outdoor, marine, industrial, commercial, or business settings.
