  • In case you want to claim for any of your Anker products, you can make use of the self-service to initiate warranty claims and make other inquiries. Registration is not required to claim Anker products.

  • Your name, email address, and order ID to verify, along with a detailed address, city, state, zip code, country, and phone number, must be provided. You will have a separate tab to explain your issue and upload the necessary proof of purchase.

Step 2:

  • The reason for returning products is not as important as the items to be returned within thirty days from the purchase date and in non-damaged condition. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return the corporate purchases/bulk orders.

  • Following the proper notification of the customer service team about starting a return, you will be able to receive the return address within 24 working hours where the products have to be returned.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your initial order. Processing usually requires 3-5 working days.

What is covered under the Anker Warranty?

All Anker products purchased are always bound by the terms and conditions of the Anker limited warranty. As per this, Any Anker product that is purchased directly from Anker stores or authorized resellers is always promised to be free from any kind of problem or defect in workmanship and material within the defined warranty period. In other cases, The problem will be fixed with required repair or replacement in special cases through quality products. The warranty starts immediately from the date of purchase and requires proper proof of purchase like sales receipt, invoices, etc. and it is always restricted to the country of purchase.

What is NOT covered under the Anker Warranty?

Anker has an exclusion on what is considered in the warranty. According to the restrictions, Products are damaged due to improper usage; modifications that are not recommended and from unauthorized sources; operating with defective parts; unnecessary disassembling; and non-quality related issues after 30 days of purchase. Lost or stolen products, warranty expired, damages due to Acts of God and purchases from illegitimate resources are always rejected in the claim.
