If you're looking to register and apply for a warranty on an Oster product, just follow these steps
To register your Oster product, you'll need to go to the product registration page and click on the "Product Registration" link.
Generally, the model number is printed on the item itself, whereas the serial number appears on a sticker which is underside of the item.
Enter your product's model number, date of purchase, proof of purchase, name, and contact info.
Once you've done that, click "Submit" and your product will be registered.
Navigate to warranty information , which can be found at the bottom of the page.
Start a warranty claim which directs you to the Warranty Claim Form page that allows you to file a warranty claim for your Oster product.
The page is divided into several sections, including: personal information, product information and warranty validation.
Please provide the model number of your product and proceed it further to the next page. Clearly, enter your products information and describe the issue with your product.
Before that they have given a list of troubleshooting methods which comes handy for the user to make the product work.
Even after your issues continued, proceed to check with the products warranty validation.
You'll need the products cord image which has a date code along with the products defect image and upload it in the required field.
Keep the copy of the raised ticket number for future use and check the status of the raised complaint of your product.

Oster appliances and accessories come with a standard 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if your appliance or accessory breaks down within one year of purchase. Sunbeam Products, Inc. (the manufacturer of Oster products) will repair or replace it for free.
Some Oster products have longer warranties. For example, blenders with all-metal drives come with a 10 years warranty.
And some Oster products have a 3 years satisfaction guarantee, which means that you can return them for a full refund within three years of purchase if you're not satisfied with them. To be eligible for warranty coverage, you must keep the original sales receipt. You will also need to provide proof of purchase when you file a warranty claim.
