Step 1:

  • If you have an Electrolux appliance or defective part and want to get Electrolux warranty claim service, you'll need to return it to one of the authorized warranty stations and show proof of purchase

  • If you need help determining the nearest one, check out the dealer and service locator on the Electrolux Home Appliances website to see if there's an authorized warranty station near you. 

Step 2:

  • Contact Electrolux's customer service if you experience an Electrolux problem during your warranty period.

  • Give them all the information you need, including your Electrolux registered product details, your Electrolux purchase information, and a brief description of your problem.

  • During the warranty process, Electrolux may offer you one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period is usually 1 year or 2 years.

Step 3:

  • Register your Electrolux appliance at the product registration page on the official website.

  • To register your appliance, you must provide your model and serial number, contact information, location of purchase, date of purchase, and price paid.

Electrolux Warranty Period:

  • Electrolux offers a 1-year general warranty on refrigerators and built-in hobs, and a 2-year general warranty on front-load washer dryers, top-load washers, dryers, microwave ovens, air purifiers, and vacuum cleaners

  • For water heaters, there is a 1-year general warranty, along with a 10-year warranty on the anti-leakage tank, and 5-year warranties on both the heating element and DC pump (for models with a DC pump)
