3 Simple Steps for Inova Air Purifiers Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • It should be remembered that INOVA does not follow the product registration method. The first step is contacting the customer service center over the phone for a warranty claim. 

  • Returning the product, using the original packaging, to a service agent based on the advice of the contact center, submitting your copy of the purchase receipt, and incurring the cost of delivery should be done in a sequence.

Step 2:

  • You have 14 days of receiving the products to get approval to return the products from the customer service center. A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returned products, along with actual delivery and pickup charges paid by the seller.

  • After the RA number is received, you have seven days to return the products. Products returned without the original packaging and in damaged condition will be rejected, and no refund will be provided.

Step 3:

  • Within 2 days from the delivery date, you should notify them that you have received a damaged or faulty product. You will be provided with a replacement promptly. You will be asked for photographic proof of the damaged items.

  • No custom and commercial items can be returned. You are responsible for maintaining a record of tracking details for the returned items. For further solutions, get in touch with the customer support team.

  • During the warranty process, Inova Air Purifiers may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is covered under the Inova Air Purifiers Warranty?

The warranty is applicable to a product that is newly supplied to you either by InovaAir® Australia or any other authorized individual. It covers the usage of the product for your personal or business needs, and it applies if you did not purchase the product with the intention of reselling it. InovaAir Australia promises that the product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship throughout the specified warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the Inova Air Purifiers Warranty?

The warranty for the product will become void under the following conditions: if the serial number or any rating label is removed or altered in any way, or if it becomes no longer clearly legible; if the product is repaired by anyone other than a Service Agent; if you use the product in a manner contrary to the technical, operating environment, or safety guidelines outlined in the user guide or manual; and if a service call results in no fault found, and the perceived problem is explained within the Operating Manual or the troubleshooting section of the operating manual. Additionally, the warranty does not cover costs associated with delivery, handling, freighting, or damage to the product in transit. It also does not apply to malfunctions or failures resulting from deliberate or accidental damage, rust or damage to paintwork, varnishes, or seals caused by a corrosive atmosphere, vermin infestation, any modification by the purchaser affecting the reliability or performance of the unit not attributable to faulty manufacture, parts, and labor, incorrect installation by the purchaser or its servants, agents, employees, or unqualified persons, failure due to improper installation or faulty installation, failure due to improper maintenance by the customer, misuse, abuse, or neglect, incorrect voltage or a power surge, the use of non-genuine consumables, parts, accessories, or interfacing, and failure to remove or replace out-of-date or non-functioning filters. The warranty explicitly excludes coverage for normal wear and tear, including filters considered as consumables.
