The warranty does not apply to damage to the glass ceramic, voltage fluctuations, secondary damage, or claims for damages beyond the identified defect. Damage to plastic parts is also excluded.
Additionally, the warranty excludes damage caused by external factors like transport damage, condensation ingress, or elements like lightning strikes. Repairs or attempted repairs not conducted by BORA or individuals authorized by BORA are not covered.

BORA offers a 2-year manufacturer's warranty to its end customers for its products. This warranty is granted to the end customer in addition to the statutory claims for defects against the sellers of BORA products. The manufacturer's warranty is applicable to all BORA products purchased from authorized BORA dealers.
The manufacturer's warranty provided by BORA does not extend to BORA products that were not purchased through authorized BORA dealers. It also does not cover damage resulting from failure to adhere to the operating instructions, constituting improper use. Damage arising from normal use, such as wear and tear on the cooktop, is not covered by the warranty policy.
