  • You can't claim your warranty unless your product is registered. Register your product by providing your personal information along with the model and serial number, and the date of purchase.

  • The model, and serial number or manufacturer's code can be found on the sticker affixed to the machine or on the registration form included in the box. 

  • During the warranty process, Oreck may provide you with one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service during a warranty period that may be 1, 5, or 10 years.

Step 2:

  • If you find yourself dissatisfied with your Oreck product for any reason, don't hesitate to reach out to their toll-free Customer Care team.

  • They will provide you with instructions and help you get started with a complimentary return label.

  • You have a 30-day window to return your purchase from the original transaction date.

  • When returning a product purchased on the official website, rest assured it's both convenient and completely free for you, as Oreck takes care of the return costs.

  • Oreck expects the product to be in its original condition as it was received. Please allow a period of 4 weeks from the date they receive the merchandise for the full refund or credit to be processed.

Step 3:

  • Although you are not sure about the model number, you will be assisted by customer care to find the parts that need to be replaced, as well as bags and accessories. 

  • You will receive a response from them within 1 or 2 business days and a few details to be filled in the form provided below.

Oreck Warranty Period:

  • 1-year limited warranty on revolving roller brush for residential use only

  • 5-year limited warranty on vacuums

  • 10-year limited warranty on housing
