  • Google's procedures have to be followed to receive Google Pixel warranty claim service. In addition, your name, contact, proof of purchase, and phone serial number are pivotal.

  • The available repair choices can differ based on both your current location and the region where you initially purchased your phone. Please note that certain components may not be serviceable or replaceable if you are outside the region of purchase.

  • Cancellation of a repair order is only possible prior to shipping your device. Should you not take any action on your repair order, it will automatically be canceled after 30 days.
