Items bought directly from the official website are eligible for a credit return within a 30-day period from the purchase date. Products ought to be returned in their original packaging.

The warranty covers products used and maintained in typical household conditions, following the guidelines provided in the Owner's Manual. Your Dirt Devil® product is protected against initial defects in material and workmanship. Within the Warranty Period, they will supply both labor and parts, without any charge to you, to rectify any such defect in products purchased in the United States, U.S. Military Exchanges, and Canada.
The warranty excludes the use of the product for commercial purposes, wear and tear items like brush rolls, belts, bags, filters, improper maintenance, damage due to misuse, acts of nature or vandalism, or events beyond Royal Appliance Mfg. Co.'s control. It also doesn't cover actions or omissions by the product's owner, usage outside the country of purchase, or resale by the original owner. Additionally, it doesn't include pickup, delivery, transportation, or house calls. This warranty doesn't apply to products bought outside the United States, its territories, possessions, or from sources other than a U.S. Military Exchange or Canada. Furthermore, it doesn't apply to products bought from unauthorized retailers, dealers, or distributors of Royal products. The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to others. Please note that some states may not allow the exclusion of consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not be applicable to you. This warranty grants you specific rights, and you may have additional rights that differ from state to state.
