Warranty claims can be made for products purchased from the official website of ORCA or an authorized dealer using the provided form. The form includes your name, residential and contact details, place of purchase, product details, and the reason for claiming the warranty.
ORCA maintains a unique form for warranty registration. After filling out the claim form, within 1-2 business days, they will contact you to process the request. Response hours may vary during peak hours.
The products should be returned in their original packaging, including any protective plastic, bags, and boxes. The return must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase, and the product must have been purchased from the official website.
After you have completed the return request form, a team member will contact you to discuss the subsequent steps. If relevant, they will furnish you with a return shipping label and RMA for your return.
Kindly Include the RMA number in the package before shipping. Processing return orders may take up to 10 business days.
Once the return has been approved, refunds are issued to the original form of payment. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
During the warranty process, ORCA Coolers may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 3 or 5-year warranty period.

The Outdoor Recreation Company of America guarantees that ORCA Hard-Sided Coolers are free from manufacturer defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for the entire lifetime from the original purchase date. In the event of a valid warranty claim, ORCA Coolers will either repair the product or component or offer a replacement product or component if it is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, within the lifetime of the original purchaser. It's important to note that this warranty is not transferable.
The warranty becomes invalid if the product or its components have been subjected to any of the following conditions: commercial use, damage resulting from abuse, misuse, or neglect, impairment in an accident, unreasonable use, or use for any purpose other than its intended use. Additionally, if the product has been repaired or altered in any way from its original configuration, damaged due to any act of nature, or purchased as a blemished cooler, the warranty does not apply. Normal wear and tear, such as dents, slight warping, scratches, discoloration, fading, non-sticking graphics, or wear to skid pads, is not covered under this warranty. Furthermore, the loss of parts or components removed from the product is not covered by the terms of this warranty.
