Step 1:

  • After you submit the warranty claim form, your claim will be reviewed by the manufacturer to determine its validity. Once they confirm its validity, they will send you a return authorization number via email.

  • While packing the product, you will have to attach a copy of the printed email with an RA number in the box. NEMO assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged.

  • The form requires you to provide details related to your personal, contact, residential, and purchased product. Additionally, you need to attach photos and files. Depending on the topic you choose, the fields of the form will change.

Step 2:

  • The products returned within 60 days of the original purchase date and purchased from the official website will be accepted by NEMO Equipment, and a refund will be provided to the buyer.

  • You should return the products in new, unused, and clean condition with all original packaging and components. If you fail to do so, your refund will be refused by the seller. Those who made the purchase from any retailer must contact them for returns.

  • You have to wait for two weeks for your refund to be credited to your bank account. They use the original method of payment to process the refund. The refund excludes the original shipping, and return shipping costs, as well as customs and duties.

What is covered under the NEMO Equipment Warranty?

NEMO Equipment provides a lifetime warranty for all its gear, covering defects in manufacturing. The warranty is applicable to the original buyer, requiring proof of purchase from an authorized NEMO dealer.

What is NOT covered under the NEMO Equipment Warranty?

NEMO Equipment does not offer warranty coverage for products subjected to regular wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, alterations, improper use, inadequate maintenance, misuse, neglect, or usage outside of the intended purpose. Purchases from garage sales or second-hand sources do not qualify as original purchases and are not covered by the warranty.
