Step 1:

  • Warranty claims can be submitted by contacting the customer support team within thirty days from the date you discovered the defects, using the email.

  • In the email, you ought to attach the order ID or proof of purchase, and the product batch code. Diagrams have been provided to assist in locating the product batch code for Desk Mat, Nest, ID Card Holder Pro, and non-Pro versions.

  • After the verification, the malfunctioning part or product will be repaired or replaced with a part or product in good condition.

Step 2:

  • The manufacturer expects you to return the products in unused and in re-sellable condition, with the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation shipped with the product.

  • The refund for the returns will be equal to the price of the product and it never includes the shipping charges.

  • During the warranty process, Orbitkey may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
