OPTOMA Technology, Inc. provides a limited warranty that is exclusive to the original purchaser of the Product and cannot be transferred. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for a specified period from the original purchase date. Should the product exhibit defects within this warranty period, OPTOMA will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product with new, reconditioned, or remanufactured components or parts.
The warranty does not apply and will be invalidated by defects or damages arising from the following: natural or man-made disasters such as earthquakes, fires, floods, power surges, storms, accidents, misuse, neglect, alterations, unauthorized service or repairs by entities other than Authorized OPTOMA Service Providers, improper or abnormal installations, maintenance, connections with peripherals, and any other causes unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship, including excessive usage.
