Warranty claim includes a step-by-step process. It begins with submitting sufficient proof of purchase. After that, AWOL Vision will record the incidents that customers have encountered while troubleshooting the products, request you to provide the serial number or visible proof of damages, and advise you to return.
Warranty claims for product defects are valid for 90 days after the initiation of the claim. It is not feasible to proceed with a warranty claim for items that have surpassed their original warranty period or the 90-day period for initiating a warranty claim, whichever duration is longer.
Products in their original condition can be returned for a complete refund for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. Upon the arrival of the returned item at Awol Vision's warehouse, the refund process will commence.
Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee must be made within 30 days of opening a warranty claim. It is not feasible to process refund requests for non-quality issues for items that have exceeded this 30-day window.
When returning items due to non-quality issues, the buyer accepts responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during transit. AWOL Vision does not offer refunds for items damaged during transit in relation to non-quality warranty claims.
The refund process will occur within 15 days and will be returned to the original source once inspection is completed.
