Your name, email, country, issues with the product, how the damage occurred, location and date of purchase, and photos of the product, which may be in any of the specified formats, need to be provided.
The general return policy is valid for up to thirty days. In order to qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in its original condition upon receipt. Additionally, it should be returned in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to them via phone or email. Upon contacting them, an RMA number will be assigned and provided to facilitate your return process.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, they will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. Subsequently, they will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically returned to your credit card or original method of payment within 48 hours.
