  • Your actual warranty period is one year, and you can extend the warranty to an additional year if the registration is completed within 28 days from the original purchase date. 

  • Please fill out your product's name, model number, purchase date, and email address.

  • Following the submission of the warranty activation form for the extended warranty, one of the representatives will get in touch with you to inform you about whether the registration is successful or not.

Step 2:

  • To initiate the return of a defective or damaged product delivered to you, please reach out to customer support. Their customer service team, along with one of their advisers, will assist in resolving the issue for you.

  • Your extended warranty is recognised only with a valid purchase receipt and is subject to the specified conditions.

Step 3:

  • The customer service team offers three communication channels for you to reach them: a contact form, email, and live chat, accessible through the 'Help' icon located at the bottom right of the page.

  • An identical form used for warranty activation is provided on the contact page. It is based on clicking the topic at the top of the form. When you tap customer support, it shows you a form with different fields.

  • During the warranty process, Ooni may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1-year warranty period.
