It also does not cover external causes such as theft, liquid damage, exposure to sharp objects, excessive force, electrical anomalies, extreme thermal conditions, moisture, dampness, sand, dirt, or other weather/environmental conditions due to improper storage. Using the Product with accessories, devices, peripheral equipment, systems, software, or other items not provided or approved by OnePlus, as well as issues related to cellular signal reception or transmission, viruses, or software problems introduced into the Product, are not covered. Additionally, the warranty excludes coverage for scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage unless caused by OnePlus. The warranty does not apply to devices with removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible serial numbers or International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) numbers.
