  • To begin with the Serta Warranty Registration, click the Serta Warranty form to start the registration process.

  • If you have a problem with any accessory or foundation purchased in Canada or Puerto Rico, please leave this form and contact the customer service team directly at the address below.

  • It is necessary to register the mattress with the relevant law tags. Additionally, verify the purchase of the mattress by obtaining a receipt, invoice, or other evidence of the purchase. Finally, photographs of the issue should be submitted.

  • Each tag needs to have a tag number and a SKU. Take a look at your tag and kindly fill in your contact details with the required details about your product. 

Step 2:

  • Please initiate your mattress return using the provided return form. Once submitted, you will receive an email with the next steps for the return process.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once they confirm the completion of the return shipment or pickup.

Step 3:

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to finalize the transaction. 

  • If you have a problem with your Serta product, you should contact Serta customer service. They will help you determine if your product is covered by the warranty and, if so, how to file a claim.
