Step 2:

  • It is the return policy of Casio not to include the shipping and handling charges while providing the refund amount even if you return the products that have failed to satisfy you within thirty days by following the rules outlined.

  • The RMA number will be provided by Casio; without this number, you cannot initiate the return. It is better to attach the number on the outer surface of the packaging and enclose the necessary documents.

  • The warrantor uses the identical form of payment used for the original transaction to credit the refund. Following the receipt of the products at Casio, they work for up to five business days to process the credit.

What is covered under the CASIO USA Warranty?

Every product is warranted to the initial buyer, ensuring it is devoid of quality defects upon delivery for a specific duration starting from the purchase date. Throughout this warranty period, and upon verification of purchase, any necessary repairs will be carried out using CASIO reconditioned replacement components. Alternatively, the product will be substituted with the same or a similar reconditioned replacement model within a reasonable timeframe.

What is NOT covered under the CASIO USA Warranty?

The warranty does not apply in cases where the issue arises from improper, rough, or careless treatment, or if it is caused by a fire or other natural calamity. Additionally, if the problem stems from improper repair or adjustment conducted by someone other than a CASIO service center, or if damage or wear is evident on the case, band, glass, or battery, the warranty is voided. Failure to present proof of purchase when requesting service, or if the warranty period has elapsed, also renders the warranty inapplicable.
