An authorized phone service facility is patiently waiting to receive the products returned by the consumers to provide service under the warranty period. The serial number/IMEI of the products, sales receipt, or similar documentation, as well as the name and address of the seller, must be included with the return.

A period of ninety days or the remaining duration of the original limited warranty will remain active for the products that are replaced or repaired, whichever is longer. BLU will not be held accountable for any loss of data occurring before, during, or after warranty service.

Throughout the warranty period, BLU Smartphones will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the products without any cost. BLU Smartphones reserves the right to use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts or components in the repair process, or alternatively, to replace the products entirely with rebuilt, reconditioned, or new ones.
The limited warranty excludes coverage for defects or damage arising from various circumstances including accidents, misuse, abnormal use or conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress. It also does not cover scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage unless caused by BLU, defects, or damage resulting from excessive force or the use of a metallic object on the touch screen, removal or alteration of serial numbers or enhancement data codes, ordinary wear, and tear, use with unauthorized accessories or peripheral equipment, improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment, external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of electrical sources, cellular signal issues, viruses, or software problems introduced into the products, or use outside the United States.
