3 Simple Steps for Nura Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • A request must be submitted to make a warranty claim or to know more about the warranty policy via the form provided. The form starts with the email and ends with the file attachment field. In between, the subject and description fields are below the enquiry type to be selected.

  • You will be able to see an icon named Automated Product Assistant in the bottom right corner to receive an immediate response by tapping on it. They can also be reached via email by making a request.

  • The response time through Product Assistant is quicker than that of email, which is 1-2 business days and 2-4 business days, respectively.

Step 2:

  • You should request the customer experience experts for the RMA number when the product is under the warranty period for the warranty service. The confirmation details of the RMA number are sent to you after your request is approved.

  • Those details guide you on where to send the product through the post. Nura reserves the right to refrain from processing products that are sent to Nura without the confirmed RMA from Nura.

  • You cannot return the product without the consent of Nura which means you must have the confirmation details when you send the product back to them. They have clearly explained how to ship the product.

Step 3:

  • If you purchased the product from the official website, the return policy allows you to return the items within thirty days for a full refund. Furthermore, the product must be within the warranty period and the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • Kindly be aware that the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee is specifically valid for full, outright purchases and is not intended for addressing defects or problems related to Nura products covered by the warranty.

  • The location of purchase should be contacted for purchases made from retailers other than Nura for the return process. Your returns or exchanges will be refused if you send the product.

  • During the warranty process, Nura may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is covered under the Nura Warranty?

Nura promises that your Nura device (Nuraphone, NuraTrue, NuraLoop, NuraBuds) and Nura-branded accessories will be free from material defects for the specified duration starting from the date of delivery. The delivery date is defined as the date recorded by their delivery service upon successfully delivering your Nura product, as indicated by the delivery tracking, and no other date will be considered. The limited warranty is applicable only if you have purchased the product directly from Nura through their official website.

  • 2-year guarantee on NuraTrue Pro

What is NOT covered under the Nura Warranty?

Nura warranty explicitly excludes the assurance that the product's operation will be continuous and error-free. Consequently, this warranty does not encompass the software embedded in any Nura product or the associated services provided by Nura. Additionally, it does not apply to the use of non-Nura accessories, including cables and storage cases. The warranty is not valid for normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, scuffs, and the natural aging of the product, which includes the loosening and wearing of parts over time. Defects or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, unusual stress, modifications, improper or unauthorised repairs, improper storage, or the download of third-party applications to the product are also excluded from coverage. Moreover, damage caused by using the products outside the permitted or intended uses outlined in the instructions provided by Nura is not covered. Modifications to the product's firmware or software by anyone other than Nura officially are not included in the warranty. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from the use of improper voltage, power supply, or batteries. Damage caused by excessive moisture is also expressly excluded from the coverage provided by Nura's warranty.
