NuMe gladly accepts returns within 30 days from the purchase date. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, just return it within this period, and they can provide a refund, exchange, or store credit for the returned item.
To initiate the return process, kindly send an email to the address provided below, including your order number and the reason for your return.
The processing time for a return typically ranges from 5 to 7 business days after it reaches their warehouse. Upon approval, your refund will be issued within 48 hours of the return being processed.
For US credit cards, it usually requires 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. The seller will reject the products returned without original packaging.
Only tools bought directly from NuMe or an authorized NuMe retailer, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, qualify for a replacement under the warranty policy.
The warranty period commences at the moment of purchase, not upon the initial use of the tool. Hair care products and hair accessories, including brushes, clips, combs, etc., are not covered by any warranty.
During the warranty process, NuMe may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

Should your NuMe product fail to perform as expected within the initial 12 months from the date of purchase, NuMe will offer an exchange or replacement for either the same model or an identical model of comparable or lower value.
1-year limited manufacturer warranty
The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage resulting from misuse or negligence by either you or a third party, or damage caused by abnormal storage or working conditions. Additionally, it excludes any damage leading to broken components such as heating elements, cracked or chipped plates, burnt cords, or exposed wires. Failure to operate or use the products in accordance with the provided user instructions is also not covered. Damage resulting from the use of products under incorrect voltage conditions, or damage caused by the use of a converter, is excluded. Any alterations or repairs conducted by you or a third party are not covered under the warranty. Finally, theft or loss of the product is not included in the warranty coverage.
