  • In addition to these, a maximum size limit of 10 MB is allowed to upload the proof of purchase. At the beginning of the form, guidance to find the order ID, model number, and serial number has been provided.

Step 2:

  • The refund process begins with Nebula when two conditions are fulfilled: returning the undamaged products within thirty days of purchase and completing the inspection at the warehouse.

  • When using a prepaid shipping label provided by Nebula to return items, Nebula assumes responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during transit. When returning items for reasons unrelated to quality issues, the buyer accepts responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during transit.

Step 3:

  • Warranty claims for product defects must be made within 90 days of opening the claim. After this period, claims cannot be processed for items that have exceeded either their original warranty timeframe or the 90-day claim request period, whichever is longer.

What is covered under the Nebula Projectors Warranty?

Every quality-related defect found in items sold directly by Nebula or Nebula’s authorized resellers is encompassed by a comprehensive warranty, commencing from the date of purchase. Nebula’s limited warranty applies exclusively to the country where the purchase was made. In the case of quality-related warranty claims, items will be substituted with a factory-refurbished model of equivalent value whenever possible; otherwise, a new item will be dispatched. Warranty terms for all replacements adhere to the same timeframe as the original defective item, or extend for 3 months after replacement, whichever proves longer.

What is NOT covered under the Nebula Projectors Warranty?

The warranty does not cover products lacking adequate proof of purchase, lost or stolen items, products that have exceeded their warranty period, non-quality-related issues occurring after 30 days of purchase, free products, repairs conducted by third parties, damage from external sources, misuse of products, or purchases from unauthorized sources.
