The NUMAX Tools limited warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of the NUMAX Product and commences from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, Prime Global Products, Inc. (PGP) explicitly mentions that the NUMAX Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the exceptions and limitations outlined herein. PGP reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide a full refund for any NUMAX Product found to have a defect in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover several specific situations. It excludes any repairs or alterations made or attempted by individuals other than authorized personnel, as well as the unauthorized use of non-conforming parts or accessories. The warranty also doesn't apply to repairs necessitated by typical wear and tear over time.
