Step 1:

  • Registering your products will remove the hurdles on your way to claim the warranty. The registration process is for new products and Verona offers warranty coverage for all products' parts and labor.

  • Make sure that you have filled in your personal data such as name, home address, and product details, including the model and serial number, purchase date, and location before the submission of the form.

Step 2:

  • For existing products, if you have already purchased them, you are requested to complete the service request form as soon as possible. You can expect their services anywhere in the continental USA, and the New York office is used to store all of their parts.

  • In addition to personal and product information, a 5 MB file size is allowed for uploading images and files in mentioned formats.

  • Please take a moment to review the complete instruction manual to familiarize yourself with the features and operational functions of your new Verona Range.

Step 3:

  • EuroChef USA has assumed responsibility for customer support, you may have to contact them when you have issues or doubts with the products manufactured by Verona.

  • Below the address and working hours, there is a form that requires some minor details to be completed. 

  • During the warranty process, Verona may offer one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service. Verona provides a 90-day limited warranty, a 1-year limited warranty, or a 2-year limited warranty for specific products.

Verona Warranty Period:

  • 90-day limited warranty on 12” gas and electric cooktops

  • 1-year limited warranty on refrigerators, dishwashers, ventilation hood products

  • 2-year limited warranty on cooking ranges, cooktops (24” or larger), built-in ovens

What is covered under the Verona Warranty?

The Verona warranty is specifically designed for Verona appliances. It applies to new products sold within the United States, to the original owner, by authorized Verona distributors or retailers. EuroChef USA will handle the expenses associated with repairing or replacing component parts that experience defects in workmanship or materials, including both labor and travel costs. The warranty commences from the date of the original purchase.

What is NOT covered under the Verona Warranty?

The warranty will not be applicable in the following situations: damages that occur during transportation before installation, damages during the installation process, damages resulting from services performed by a provider not authorized by EuroChef USA, service to rectify installations that do not conform to the provided manual and local codes, service to correct improper installations, defects or damage due to improper storage of the product, defects, damage, or missing parts for products sold in their original factory packaging or from displays, any cosmetic damage, regular product maintenance and cleaning, the replacement of wear-and-tear parts, the loss of consumable items or dishware due to appliance malfunction. Additionally, defects or damages arising from grease or material buildup due to improper maintenance, accidental or intentional damage, alteration, misuse, or abuse, connection to an improper gas or power supply, the use of inappropriate accessories, pans, or containers causing damage to the product, inadequate ventilation, scratching due to use, and matters beyond the control of EuroChef USA, including fires, floods, and other natural disasters, are also not covered by the warranty.
