What is covered under the Freeman Tools Warranty?

Freeman Tools Limited warranty is applicable solely to the original buyer of the Freeman Product and starts from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, Prime Global Products, Inc. (PGP) explicitly warrants that the Freeman Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the exceptions and limitations stated here. PGP reserves the right to choose between repairing, replacing, or providing a full refund for a Freeman Product found to have a defect in materials or workmanship

What is NOT covered under the Freeman Tools Warranty?

The warranty does not encompass any of the following situations: repairs or attempted alterations conducted by unauthorized individuals or the unauthorized use of non-conforming parts or accessories. It also excludes repairs necessitated by typical wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty is not applicable if the Nail Gun has been subject to abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or operation, which includes failure to use clean, dry, and regulated compressed air at the recommended pressure. Accidents that occur due to the use of the Product after partial failure are not covered. Furthermore, the warranty is void if the Freeman Product is used in commercial assembly or production lines. These warranties are specifically designed for individual use and do not extend to cover commercial applications. Items subject to wear and tear are not included in the coverage.
