The limited warranty excludes damages caused by improper use or mistreatment, such as incorrect voltage input, accidental drops, or failure to adhere to the instructions provided in the product packaging. This warranty also does not extend to damages resulting from accidents, or normal wear and tear, including accumulation of product residue, scratches or damage to the plates, misuse of the electrical cord, disregard for safety precautions, or the utilization of unauthorized accessories. Furthermore, tampering, including any attempts at repair or alteration, is not covered. Items acquired from third-party retailers are not eligible for coverage under this warranty.
