What is covered under the Nobo Panel Heaters Warranty?

NOBO provides a warranty guaranteeing that Nobo appliances will be free from defects in material or workmanship under typical domestic use and service conditions. During the warranty period, they will, at their discretion, either repair the NOBO product or replace it with a product of equivalent specifications. Proof of purchase for the NOBO product must be provided for warranty claims to be considered valid.

What is NOT covered under the Nobo Panel Heaters Warranty?

The express warranty is void if the NOBO product is installed, utilized, or operated contrary to the guidelines outlined in the product manual or accompanying documentation provided. Additionally, the warranty does not cover repairs necessitated by damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper installation, liquid spills, incorrect cleaning or maintenance practices, unauthorized modifications, usage with incorrect voltage, power fluctuations, voltage supply issues, tampering, unauthorized repairs, use of defective or incompatible accessories, or exposure to excessively corrosive conditions. Furthermore, repairs involving consumable parts such as fuses and bulbs, or any components requiring routine replacement, are not covered. The warranty does not apply if the product was not purchased as a brand-new item in Australia or New Zealand.
