Niwaki must be notified in case defective or damaged products are received by you within 21 days from the date of delivery. Following these rules, you can receive a full refund or replacement.
Products such as Pruning Tools, Kitchen Knives, Books, Tripod Ladders, Platforms, and ARS Telescopic Pruner have a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. You better return the products in unused condition and in the original packaging.
Customers are liable for any products damaged during transit when returning them. The manufacturer expects the goods to be in a resellable condition.
