You have two ways to claim the warranty: either through phone, chat, or email or by using the self-service form. After informing them, there are three steps to be completed by the customers.
The three steps are obtaining a return authorization number, securely packing the products, and providing genuine feedback.
Within sixty days from the date of purchase, the products must be registered. Registering the products beyond this timeline will make the warranty invalid. You can do the registration online or mail the application to the office address.
This warranty grants the buyer certain legal entitlements. Additionally, the buyer may possess other rights that differ from state to state.
You are unable to return the unsatisfactory products without an RA number and after thirty days from the date of purchase. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges.
The customer support team provides you with an RA number, which must be attached to the outer surface of the packaging along with the original sales receipt which should be enclosed inside.

McCulloch ensures to the original consumer or purchaser that this McCulloch branded steam product, excluding all accessories and attachments, is free from defects in material and workmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase, provided it is used and maintained according to the owner’s guide.
The warranty provided does not cover any damage or loss resulting from repairs, modifications, or alterations made to the product by individuals other than Steamfast. It also excludes usage or operation of the product beyond the permitted or intended uses outlined in the owner’s guide, as well as any instances of careless operation, mishandling, misuse, or abuse. Furthermore, failure to adhere to proper maintenance or timely cleaning instructions as specified in the owner’s guide voids the warranty. The warranty is not applicable if the product is used for purposes other than normal household usage. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, as well as consumable parts, accessories, and attachments such as brushes, hangers, scrub pads, and mop pads. Use of parts and accessories not produced or recommended by Steamfast is also excluded from warranty coverage. Cosmetic damage, including scratches, nicks, and dents, is not covered. Finally, any damage resulting from accidents, water, floods, fires, or other acts of nature or external causes is not covered under the warranty.
