No one is going to bar you from claiming the extended warranty rights against the seller in the country where you live. The proof of purchase needs to be submitted for warranty claim.
FELCO cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, whether tangible or intangible, loss of profits, or similar consequences arising from the use or unavailability of the product.
This contractual warranty does not override the seller's legal warranty obligations as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.
There is no new start, interruption, or extension of the warranty period after repair or replacement. Shipping charges for the products are the responsibility of the consumers.
The pruning guarantee is applicable solely within the specifically defined region outlined in the Tool Warranty section, and it remains valid throughout the Tool Warranty period, including any extensions thereof.

FELCO assures the end purchaser that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. If any such defects are identified and accepted by FELCO upon inspection, the company commits to either repairing or replacing the defective product or parts, as deemed necessary at its discretion.
The warranty becomes void if the product is subjected to abnormal, inappropriate, or non-compliant usage, improper handling, alteration, improper transportation, or storage. Additionally, failure to maintain and service the product as outlined in the user manual, improper repair or maintenance including the use of non-original parts or accessories, corrosion of metal parts due to improper use or exposure to moisture or corrosive substances, use of parts or accessories from another source, or modification of the sold product renders the warranty void. Total or partial destruction of the product not due to a defect, damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or fire, and loss or damage to tool software or collected information, including third-party applications, viruses, bugs, malware, or other interference, also nullifies the warranty.
