  • In order to claim a Ninja warranty, you must first register your warranty. Enter all the necessary information like name, address, date of purchase, mobile number, serial number, and store of purchase.

  • It could be easy if you have created an account that will provide you with quick access to information. After completing the registration, an expert from the support team will contact you, asking for the necessary information, while having the registered information on hand.

Step 2:

  • The item must be returned within either 60 or 90 days from the date of product receipt, accompanied by the original receipt and a signed letter containing your complete name, telephone number, address, and the reason for the return.

  • Merchandise that has been extensively worn, used, or modified will not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, merchandise displaying deliberate physical damage is not covered by this policy.

Step 3:

  • Customer support specialists will give you the instructions and the best warranty service options, including the options to upgrade to their VIP warranty services that could be applied to that particular product category.

  • Ninja’s warranty policy will cover the cost of sending your products to them for repair or replacement. However, they will charge you for sending the fixed product back to you, and the fee may vary depending on the products.

  • You have another option to initiate the warranty. You can simply call their customer support team. The process will be the same as mentioned above.

What is covered under the Ninja Warranty?

The limited warranty is applicable to purchases made from authorized retailers of SharkNinja Operating LLC. Warranty coverage is valid solely for the original owner and the original product, and it is not transferable. SharkNinja warrants that the unit will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the specified period from the date of purchase, provided it is used under normal household conditions and maintained in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the owner’s guide.

What is NOT covered under the Ninja Warranty?

The warranty provided by Ninja excludes normal wear and tear of wearable parts and any units that have been tampered with or used for commercial purposes. It also does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance, or mishandling during transit. Consequential and incidental damages are not covered, nor are defects caused by repair persons not authorized by SharkNinja. This includes damages incurred during shipping, alteration, or repair of SharkNinja products performed by unauthorized repair persons. Additionally, products purchased, used, or operated outside of North America are not covered under the warranty.
