If you need to make a warranty claim, you must send your computer system or component back to iBUYPOWER for either repair or replacement.

  • Prior approval from iBUYPOWER and the issuance of an RMA number are necessary for all returns before sending any product back to their facility.

  • iBUYPOWER will conduct a verification of the warranty status and assess whether the product qualifies for coverage under the specific warranty before issuing the RMA number.

Step 2:

  • iBUYPOWER provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for customers who are not entirely satisfied with their computer system, provided it was purchased directly from the official website.

  • This assurance solely applies to the original purchaser listed on the billing record, and credits will be issued to the original payment method. Any products not returned will result in deductions from the credited amount.

Step 3:

  • No restocking fees will be applied during the initial 30-day period from the invoice date. However, returns for refunds beyond this 30-day timeframe will incur a 15% restocking fee.

  • Requests for refunds exceeding 30 days must undergo approval by management. Refunds will not be sanctioned after 45 days from the date of delivery.

What is covered under the iBUYPOWER Warranty?

iBUYPOWER assures the product and its components to the original purchaser, safeguarding against any defects in materials or workmanship for the duration outlined in the relevant warranty accompanying the purchase from the original invoice date. Throughout this timeframe, iBUYPOWER will address any faulty parts by either repairing or replacing them with new or reconditioned parts, depending on iBUYPOWER's discretion, at no cost for the parts (additional fees may apply). Any original parts replaced by iBUYPOWER or its authorized service centers will become iBUYPOWER's property. Moreover, all components repaired or replaced by iBUYPOWER will remain covered under warranty for the remaining duration of the original warranty period or a minimum of 90 days following the repair invoice date.

  • 90-day standard limited warranty

  • 3-year standard limited warranty

  • 4 and 5-year extended warranty

What is NOT covered under the iBUYPOWER Warranty?

The warranty does not cover any damages to the components, hardware, or assembly of the products resulting from neglect, abuse, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress. It also excludes products modified outside factory specifications or not in factory condition, as well as those with modifications to the serial number or factory identification labels. Damages to the PCB, missing or removed hardware, and cosmetic damages deemed outside of reasonable usage are not covered. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to products exposed to liquid, excessive environments, or rendered non-functional due to accidents, collisions, neglect, fire, flooding, acts of nature, theft, blown fuses, improper electrical use, or infestation. Defects or damage resulting from the use of third-party products, improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation service, adjustment, or overclocking are also excluded. Additionally, inadequate shipment packaging, changes to BIOS or firmware, products purchased from unauthorized resellers, and support and costs for third-party software or hardware installation are not covered under the warranty.
