  • Just completing the form is not enough because you should get permission from the manufacturer to send back the products that cannot be operated under the warranty period.

Step 2:

  • The registration unlocks the entrance to enjoy several benefits provided by Nexgrill. It can be completed without spending too much time, having the necessary information.

  • It is important to provide your name, email, physical address, phone number, model and serial number, product type, purchase place, date, and price. Finally, the receipt is to be uploaded.

Step 3:

  • A 15 percent restocking fee will be deducted for all returns, which must be made within thirty days from the date of receipt. The returned products must be in perfect condition. The return package must contain a copy of the invoice or packing slip and RGA number.

  • The customer service department maintains a unique email to make a request for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The refund will be reflected in the original form of payment.

What is covered under the Nexgrill Warranty?

Nexgrill guarantees to the original consumer-purchaser that their products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under proper assembly and normal home use for the specified durations outlined on the official website, commencing from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is valid in the United States and Canada, exclusively for the original product owner, and cannot be transferred to another party.

What is NOT covered under the Nexgrill Warranty?

Service calls to your home, repairs for product usage outside of normal residential settings, and damages caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, lack of maintenance, abuse, fires, floods, acts of nature, improper installations, or use of unapproved products are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, any food loss resulting from product failures, replacement parts or repair labor costs for units operated outside of the United States or Canada, pickup and delivery of the product, postage or photo processing fees for documentation, repairs due to unauthorized modifications, removal and reinstallation of the product, and shipping costs for warranty or non-warranty replacement parts, whether standard or expedited, are not included in the warranty coverage.
