  • Nexgrill recommends using the contact form to initiate your warranty claim. Simply select the inquiry type and submit the form to address any concerns.

  • You can return or exchange items due to shipping errors, defects, or damage by contacting them within 30 days of receipt to arrange a no-charge pickup. A copy of the invoice or packing slip, along with the RGA number, must be included with all returns.

Step 2:

  • The registration unlocks the entrance to enjoy several benefits provided by Nexgrill. It can be completed without spending too much time, having the necessary information.

  • It is important to provide your name, email, physical address, phone number, model and serial number, product type, purchase place, date, and price. Finally, the receipt is to be uploaded.

Step 3:

  • The customer service department has a dedicated email for requesting a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. A 15 percent restocking fee will be deducted for all returns, which must be made within thirty days from the date of receipt. 

  • Additionally, a live chat facility is available for real-time assistance, offering quick and efficient solutions to your queries without the need for phone calls or emails.
