The customer support center managers questions related to technical fields and warranty service. When contacting them, you must have the original purchase bill with the purchase date available.
The remedy for the warranty claims may be new, re-manufactured, or refurbished products or parts and it will be decided by the NewAir.
It is up to you to return the products within thirty days of receipt as well as the products need to be returned in new, unassembled, and unused condition and in the original packaging.
The products not purchased from the official website of NewAir will not be accepted although you return them following the return policy. The return shipping cost is free for the products that are weighed below 80 lbs.

Every product is covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty for one year starting from the original purchase date. Within this period, the manufacturer will replace any faulty parts of the appliance due to defects in materials or workmanship, given that the appliance has been used according to the manufacturer's intended normal operating conditions.
1-year warranty
The warranty becomes void under several circumstances including damage caused by power failure, transit mishaps, or improper power supply like low voltage or defective household wiring. It also excludes accidents, alterations, misuse, or abuse of the appliance, such as using non-approved accessories or operating it in inadequate air circulation or extreme temperatures. Additionally, the warranty doesn't cover usage in commercial or industrial settings, nor does it extend to damages resulting from fire, water, theft, war, natural disasters like hurricanes or floods, or any external influences. Furthermore, it does not cover damages caused by force or if the appliance has been partially or completely dismantled.
