Avalon assures that it will, at its discretion, either replace or repair the purchaser's Avalon product, sold in the U.S. or Canada by an authorized retailer, if it is found defective due to faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of the product and remains valid for one year from the date of the original purchase or until the original purchaser sells or transfers the product, whichever happens first.
The limited warranty is not applicable to used, refurbished, renewed, floor model, or "demo" products, nor to products sold by unauthorized resellers. Unauthorized resellers include those found on third-party websites such as Craigslist, eBay, Amazon, etc. This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from accidents, improper handling or operation, relocation, abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, or maintenance.
