  • Once you've signed up, you can easily register your product by providing its serial number and purchase date.

Step 2:

  • After registering your product, you can initiate a case to submit your claim.

  • To access warranty service within the specified warranted period of the NETGEAR product, you must submit a valid claim to NETGEAR by contacting their support team.

  • Provide them with the necessary information, including the name, serial number, and purchase date. Make sure to provide a valid shipping address and mobile number.

Step 3:

  • Upon initiating a claim, you will receive an RMA number via email. You can also track the status of your RMA number on their website.

  • After providing an RMA number, they will arrange a pickup for your defective product or return the defective product to the address provided by NETGEAR technical support.

  • Products submitted for repair could be replaced by refurbished products of the same kind instead of undergoing repair. The repair process may involve the use of reconditioned or previously used components. If NETGEAR, at its own discretion, cannot replace the faulty product, it will reimburse the product's depreciated purchase cost.

  • During the warranty process, Netgear may offer you one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period is usually one year for all products.
