If you're looking to get a warranty on Carrier brand products, here's how to do it!
The company necessitates the product registration for warranty-claiming purposes. Registration is a four-step process, where you will need to provide serial/model number, purchase details, owner of the products, and location of installation.
Once you have completed verification process, kindly contact the support team to initiate the warranty for your products.
You can verify the validity of your warranty on their warranty look-up page by providing your serial number and checking the checkbox provided.
Carrier has also provided a contact form to address your various issues. Simply provide all the basic information and choose the option “warranty” from the drop-down in the “reason for inquiry” field. Then submit your form.
Alternatively, call directly their customer support team at the number provided below.
An expert from their end will contact you regarding your warranty claim and direct you through the process.
The carrier also helps their customers with repairs. They facilitate you with a separate page for you to find the nearby Carrier experts. They provided the option to choose the desired mile radius and location of your convenience.
If you still have any queries or concerns regarding the warranty, Carrier has an active support team to answer all your questions. So please contact them via email or phone.
The carrier’s warranty policy covers only functional parts, including compressor, coil, blower motor, heat exchange, control board, capacitor, circuit board, fan, fan motor, drain pan, gas valve blower wheel, TXV valve, motor module, inverter, and contractor. The warranty period starts from the date of installation. However, please note that the length of the coverage may be a product and the extended warranty (if you have registered). Other factors that affect the warranty duration include whether you are the original purchaser, a subsequent owner, or whether the unit is installed in a single, multi-family home, or commercial setting. Since the warranty period is contingent, please take a look into the warranty period and terms in the warranty card of your products.
10-Years Limited Enhanced Parts Warranty
Carrier doesn't hold any responsibility for normal wear and tear of the products. Non-functional parts are excluded from the policy. Non-functional parts include belts, pulleys, gaskets, refrigerant, paint brackets, nuts, fuses, bolts, screws, and so on. Components not provided or specified for use by Carrier, or any damage resulting from their use, will not fall under warranty coverage.
