Machines acquired directly from Nespresso are eligible for return within a 30-day period from the moment of reception, commencing on the date of purchase or delivery.
When it comes to machines purchased at a retail store or from another website, it's essential to handle the return through the initial store or website where you made the purchase.
Please verify that your machine is in its original condition and packaging and remember to include all relevant invoices when initiating the return.
You can choose to return unopened coffee sleeves within a 30-day timeframe, beginning from the date of purchase or delivery.
If clients encounter any issues with the machines, they can call the Nespresso customer care team for support related to machines, orders, delivery, tracking, product information, the website, and more.
