  • When it comes to machines purchased at a retail store or from another website, it's essential to handle the return through the initial store or website where you made the purchase.

  • Please verify that your machine is in its original condition and packaging and remember to include all relevant invoices when initiating the return.

  • You can choose to return unopened coffee sleeves within a 30-day timeframe, beginning from the date of purchase or delivery.

During the repair period, Nespresso also offers a loan machine for your continued coffee enjoyment. Their dedicated team will carry out the necessary repairs and conduct a thorough check of all components to ensure your machine's optimal performance. Finally, they'll return your Nespresso machine to the same collection address, ensuring a hassle-free experience throughout the entire warranty process. The validity of this warranty extends exclusively to the country where the product was originally purchased, or to any other countries where Nespresso offers the same model with identical technical specifications and provides service for it.

What is NOT covered under the Nespresso Warranty?

Please note that this limited warranty does not cover defects arising from circumstances beyond Nespresso's reasonable control, including but not limited to negligence, accidents, misuse, or any other causes. These include normal wear and tear, failure to follow product instructions, improper or insufficient maintenance, issues related to calcium deposits or descaling, improper power supply connection, unauthorized product modifications or repairs, commercial use, and damage caused by external factors such as fire, lightning, or floods. It's important to understand that warranty service provided outside the country of purchase is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the corresponding warranty of the country where the service is rendered.
