  • Make sure you fill out the necessary fields by providing your name, email, and password with at least eight characters, including a number, a lowercase letter, and a capital letter.

Step 2:

  • Machines acquired directly from Nespresso are eligible for return within a 30-day period from the moment of reception, commencing on the date of purchase or delivery.

  • When it comes to machines purchased at a retail store or from another website, it's essential to handle the return through the initial store or website where you made the purchase.

  • Please verify that your machine is in its original condition and packaging and remember to include all relevant invoices when initiating the return.

  • You can choose to return unopened coffee sleeves within a 30-day timeframe, beginning from the date of purchase or delivery.

  • If clients encounter any issues with the machines, they can call the Nespresso customer care team for support related to machines, orders, delivery, tracking, product information, the website, and more.
