Step 2:

  • The return policy is designed to aid customers looking to return items purchased from the official website. 

  • You have the opportunity to return unused items within 60 days of the purchase date and obtain reimbursement for the product's price, with shipping and handling fees not included in the refund.

  • Merchandise surpassing the 60-day limit is ineligible for return. Products labeled as "Final Sale" are also exempt from the return policy.

  • To process a return, a return authorization is mandatory, and you must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The combined size of all files must not exceed 6.9 MB, and they should be in PDF, TXT, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG, JPEG, or GIF format. Additionally, each individual file must not exceed 2.3 MB in size.

  • During the warranty process, Calphalon may provide you with one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period, which can be 1, 3, or 10 years.

  • Calphalon offers a 1-year limited warranty on appliances like the Precision Convection Oven and Performance Cool Touch Oven, and a 3-year limited warranty on Performance Air Fry Ovens, Digital Slow Cookware, IntelliCrisp Toasters, and Temp IQ Espresso Machines

  • Cookware, including Select by Calphalon, Bakeware, Simply Calphalon, Classic, and Cutlery, is backed by a 10-year limited warranty
