  • Meta Quest does not provide instructions for registering your product. However, the help center is there to address your needs, whether you want to create an account or place an order, or make a payment.

  • By logging in, you unlock the door to expedited and meticulously customized support services, all designed to enhance your experience with your devices and ensure their optimal performance.

Step 2:

  • Their standard return policy spans a 30-day period from the moment your order is shipped. Once they receive the returned product, the dedicated team will carefully inspect it, and they will initiate a refund to your original payment method. It's important to keep in mind that shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

  • In case you've received the product from a nearby retail store, kindly reach out to them directly for any returns. The return process will be governed by the guidelines established by the retail store.

  • The process of reviewing, verifying, and processing a refund request typically requires 5-7 business days. To track the status of your request, please navigate to the "Purchase History" section within your settings.

Step 3:

  • Your address alone is sufficient to not only explore the full capabilities of their latest high-performance hardware through an in-person demonstration but also to determine the demo's location.

  • To inquire about your order's status, please provide either your order number or the RMA number found in your confirmation email.

  • During the warranty process, Meta Quest may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is covered under the Meta Quest Warranty?

The Warranty policy is designed to cover defects in materials and workmanship for Meta products that come in their original packaging (referred to as the "Product"). Meta Quest assures that, under regular and intended usage, the Product will perform in line with their technical specifications or accompanying product documentation (referred to as the "Warranted Functionality") during the Warranty Period. If achieving the Warranted Functionality requires Meta software or services, they will ensure that such software and services are accessible throughout the Warranty Period. Meta Quest reserves the right to update, modify, or restrict these software and services as long as they continue to maintain or exceed the Warranted Functionality. Should your product prove to be defective, Meta Store Support will, at their discretion, either repair or replace it, update the software or services to align with the Warranted Functionality, or issue a full or partial refund of the product's purchase price if none of these options are suitable. Please note that proof of purchase is necessary to utilize their warranty service.

  • 1-year limited warranty on most of the products

What is NOT covered under the Meta Quest Warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or aging of the Product, such as discoloration or stretching. It also excludes damage resulting from misuse, accidents (which may involve physical impact, exposure to liquids, or contaminants), neglect, improper or unauthorized repairs or modifications, tampering, or use of incompatible hardware, software, services, or third-party items. Consumable parts, like batteries, are not covered unless their failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Cosmetic damage, such as scratches and dents, is not covered unless it's caused by Meta. Additionally, the warranty excludes products not used in accordance with the provided documentation, used or resold products (except for covered Refurbished Products purchased directly from Meta or authorized retailers), products purchased from unauthorized sources, non-Meta products, and use that violates local laws. It also does not cover products not running the latest Meta-issued software, features, or performance parameters beyond the Warranted Functionality or any support services or software provided alongside the Product. The limited warranty becomes void if a Product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels, or if any alterations are made that are not part of the normal and intended use of the Product, including the unauthorized removal of components or external covers. Furthermore, the warranty does not encompass data loss, so it is essential to regularly back up your data. Any expenses or damages related to data loss, data recovery, removal, and installation are not eligible for coverage under this warranty.
