What is covered under the Candy Appliances Warranty?

During the initial one-year guarantee period, authorized Candy engineers will replace any faulty parts at no cost, excluding items prone to normal wear and tear, like interior lamps. From the second to the tenth year, replacement parts will be provided free of charge only if installed in the UK or the Republic of Ireland by Candy, and the associated labor fees are paid. To avail yourself of the guarantee benefits, you must furnish evidence of the purchase date, and the appliance must have been supplied, maintained, and operated in compliance with Candy's instructions.

What is NOT covered under the Candy Appliances Warranty?

The guarantee explicitly excludes coverage for accidental damage, loss, or damage resulting from the product's breakdown. It does not apply to faults arising from improper installation or misuse of the machine, any unauthorized repair or interference by individuals not authorized by the manufacturer, the use of non-original manufacturer's parts fitted to the machine, non-domestic use of the machine, operation at an incorrect voltage, and the consequences of using the machine for any purpose other than those explicitly described in the instruction manual.
