The limited warranty applies solely to the initial end-user and is non-transferable. Harman International Industries, Incorporated guarantees that your Arcam product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the specified period. The limited warranty is applicable only to products acquired from an authorized Arcam dealer and specifically addresses defects within the product itself.
The limited warranty excludes coverage for defects arising from various conditions: damage resulting from accidents, disasters, misuse, abuse, or other forms of unreasonable use or neglect, which includes a lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance; damage occurring during shipment (claims must be directed to the carrier); damage caused by improper installation or adjustment; damage to, or deterioration of, any accessory or decorative surface; harm resulting from a failure to adhere to instructions outlined in the owner's manual; or damage resulting from repairs performed by individuals not affiliated with an authorized Arcam service center. The limited warranty does not extend to cover the costs associated with installation or removal from a fixed installation, setup, or adjustments. It also does not cover claims based on misrepresentation by the seller, performance variations arising from installation-related circumstances such as program source quality or AC power, or product modifications. Furthermore, the warranty is not applicable to any product with an effaced, modified, or removed serial number, or any product sold on an "as-is" or final sale basis.
