Please note that the Limited Lifetime Warranty pertains to the product's lifespan itself and not the technology it may be associated with, as charging protocols and standards are continually evolving. For Charging Cables, this stretched warranty spans 5 years from the date of your purchase. The warranty applies solely to products that maintain their original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and craftsmanship. It is valid exclusively for items bought from authorized retailers or the official website.

What is NOT covered under the Native Union Warranty?

This warranty scheme has certain limitations and does not cover instances of abuse or defects arising from improper or incorrect use of the product. This includes but is not limited to, misuse or mishandling of the product, such as connecting it to the wrong voltage or using it with non-compatible or defective devices. It also excludes exposure to extreme conditions like excessive humidity, heat, liquids, sand, or other contaminants, as well as excessive force or pressure. The warranty does not extend to situations caused by natural forces like flooding, droughts, earthquakes, or other disasters, installation and application failures, theft, or loss of the product, lack of maintenance, normal wear-and-tear, negligence, accidents, alterations made to the product by you or a non-authorized third party, and failure to comply with the provided manual instructions. It's important to note that this Warranty Policy explicitly does not cover any other products used in conjunction with Native Union products, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, headphones, accessories, or other personal property.
