  • You must provide an image illustrating the damage or defect of the product, and its highest limit is 5 Mb. Accepted formats include JPEG, JPG, or PNG.

Step 2:

  • All products are eligible for returns which were purchased on the official website within the first 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund for any reason. This return policy suits both domestic and international customers. They don't pay shipping charges.

  • Initiate your return process online by choosing the items you want to return and providing a reason. Afterward, find a nearby Return Bar and utilize the QR code sent to you by Happy Returns to effortlessly complete your return drop-off in under a minute.

Step 3:

  • The Customer Support Team will ask you to submit the mandatory details like you provided in the warranty form. Cloth masks, Mask Filters, and Cleanscreenz Phone Cleaning Wipes are exempted from returning due to the personal use nature of the product. 

  • If you suspect that the above-mentioned products are flawed for any reason, kindly reach out to Customer Service within thirty (30) days of your purchase.

What is covered under the Case-Mate Warranty?

Case-Mate offers a comprehensive warranty on its products, assuring they are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage during the specified product warranty period. This warranty is subject to the conditions outlined in our limited warranty policy. Please note that the warranty is valid only for the original purchaser or the initial recipient of the Case-Mate brand product as a gift. It's essential to understand that this warranty cannot be transferred to any other individual except for the initial gift recipient. For products acquired from authorized sellers, the return or exchange process should be carried out at the original point of purchase within the store's designated return period. In the event of a defect and upon receiving a valid claim, Case-Mate will, at its discretion, provide a replacement for any product found to be defective in material or workmanship. This replacement will be a new product that is functionally equivalent. Case-Mate retains the option to send a replacement product with similar value and design if necessary. Please note that warranty replacements are subject to product availability. You are eligible for a warranty replacement only once every 60 days.

What is NOT covered under the Case-Mate Warranty?

Their guarantee excludes coverage for product damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or modifications made to the product. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to damages incurred by your device due to the use of any Case-Mate product. It's important to note that the warranty policy does not provide coverage for lost or stolen items. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Case-Mate is not liable for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory. This includes but is not limited to, the costs associated with replacing the personal property or the expenses incurred in recovering or replicating any programs or data stored in a device used with or carried in the Case-Mate product.
