It's essential to understand that this warranty cannot be transferred to any other individual except for the initial gift recipient. For products acquired from authorized sellers, the return or exchange process should be carried out at the original point of purchase within the store's designated return period. In the event of a defect and upon receiving a valid claim, Case-Mate will, at its discretion, provide a replacement for any product found to be defective in material or workmanship. This replacement will be a new product that is functionally equivalent. Case-Mate retains the option to send a replacement product with similar value and design if necessary. Please note that warranty replacements are subject to product availability. You are eligible for a warranty replacement only once every 60 days.
